Comfort suites could use some bathroom upgrades !!!!
The location to atlantis and the local store was great. The free breakfast was great. The grounds were well kept. Staff was super friendly. The pool staying open 24/7 is fantastic. The lady at the tour desk was very helpful and made it really easy to book a tour of your choice.
The toilet in our room overflowing into the room the first night was not fun. Then we noticed little red worms that kept coming out of the toilet every time we flushed. We could not use our own bathroom because it would barely flush a piece of toilet paper. With over 500 rooms on campus, there are only 3 public restrooms on site that have one toilet each for the mens room, which is not good. Turndown service took an hour to clean a 300 sq. Ft. Room. The room was ok but for the price you paid they could do better.

All in all, a good vacation!
Room was spacious, housekeeping did amazing with daily cleaning of our room, close proximity to Atlantis with complimentary access to the water park, beaches, pools, aquarium, etc. Comfort Suites is very close to the Coral tower of Atlantis, yes, BUT you have to walk through the shops and casino in order to retrieve your daily wristbands for Atlantis access (go down the stairs to the aquadventure desk). Complimentary breakfast was also good.
The WiFi was not good at all. It would only work in certain spots of the room.

Good
This place was good give full access to the Atlantis and they have a nice patio pool a bar restaurant and complementary breakfast not bad Right next to the marina all the stores and restaurants our stay was good but didn’t get the garden view like I asked but other than that I recommend it beautiful experience at Paradise island ️
